SoundCloud is an online platform for digital distribution of music content (tracks, mixes, mixtapes, podcasts) with social network functions. You may have seen built-in track widgets on Twitter or Facebook - the service allows you to embed songs in social media feeds, thanks to an open API for third-party applications. In Russia, SoundCloud is mainly used by electronic musicians, although in world practice such famous artists as XXXTentacion and Billie Eilish started with them, and in general the service is used by a huge number of users - about 170 million.

Basically, you only need a podcast cover and a Soundcloud banner. Cover sizes - from 1400 x 1400 to 3000 x 3000 px, no more, no less. It will be uploaded to Soundcloud and then broadcast to all other sites. Banner dimensions - 2480 x 520 px. It will only be seen on Soundcloud itself. The Soundclound platform is still one of the largest platforms for independent music and other audio works (113th place among all sites in the world according to Alexa). During its existence, it has already been on the verge of bankruptcy more than once (article on habr), but it still remains afloat.
