About HEX color codes
A HEX color code is the hexadecimal form of an RGB color: a # followed by three pairs of digits from 00 to FF for red, green and blue. #000000 is black, #FFFFFF is white and #FF0000 is pure red. Letter case does not matter, and the short form #F0C expands to #FF00CC. HEX is the most common way to write colors in CSS, HTML, Figma and other design software.
