YouTube Channel Art Maker
Make a 2560×1440 YouTube channel banner with safe-zone guides, so the name stays visible on TVs, computers and phones.
How to use: YouTube Channel Art
- 1
Start with a design
Pick a layout. The text is placed automatically in the 1546 × 423 area that YouTube shows on every device.
- 2
Fill the whole 2560 × 1440 image
Add a background photo and drag it: TVs show the full image, desktops a 2560 × 423 band, phones only the center.
- 3
Download and upload
Export PNG or JPG at 2560 × 1440 and upload it in YouTube Studio under Customization → Branding.
The channel art safe area
YouTube channel art is uploaded as one 2560×1440 image, but each device shows a different part of it. TVs display the full picture, computers show a wide horizontal strip through the middle, and phones crop it even further to a narrow band in the center.
Put your channel name, logo and upload schedule in the center of the canvas, and treat everything else as background that may be cut off. Fill the outer areas with a photo, gradient or pattern that still looks good when only a slice of it is visible. Check that the text is readable at phone size and does not clash with the round profile picture.
The guides on the preview show exactly which part each device displays, and the text is kept inside the area visible everywhere. Choose a design, type the channel name, a tagline and an upload schedule or link, add a photo or a gradient and your logo. Download PNG or JPG at 2560×1440, or open the banner in the photo editor for more detailed work. Everything happens in your browser.
Everything runs locally in your browser — your images are never uploaded to a server.
