Why use an invoice
An invoice tells a client what they owe, for what and by when. It usually includes your business details, the client, a unique invoice number, the issue and due dates, the goods or services provided and the total with taxes. Requirements differ between countries, so check which details your local rules expect.
In this generator you add your company name, address, tax ID and logo, the client's details, the invoice number, dates and one of 36 currencies. Line items take a description, quantity, price and tax rate; a percentage or fixed discount and shipping can be added, and the subtotal, tax and balance due are calculated automatically. Notes, payment terms and bank details go at the bottom, and an accent color matches your brand.
